Terms of Use

Effective Date: 01 June 2025

By downloading or using "Easy Vless VPN – Fast & Secure" (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to install and use the App solely for lawful purposes.

2. User-Provided Configurations

You are solely responsible for:

  • the accuracy of any VLESS links you import;
  • ensuring you have the right to use the servers specified;
  • all traffic transmitted through those servers.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use the App to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Infringe intellectual-property rights;
  • Transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to probe networks you do not own or administer.

Warning: We may revoke your license or remove the App from the store if we learn of prohibited use.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or reputation, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Important: Our total liability shall not exceed USD 10.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

7. External Links & Third-Party Services

The App and its support page may link to third-party sites or services (e.g., Telegram). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

8. Updates & Termination

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. You may terminate this license by deleting the App.

Note: Sections 4–7 survive termination.
